This project also included a cobranded experience for Blue Shield of CA. which centered around new member adoption from Blue Shield landing page to the Accolade Care registration and primary care booking experience.
Sole designer for ground-up web application built for internal marketing teams. Initial concept to production-ready. Main use-case was for marketing team to be able to configure and publish site banners and ads. Close collaboration with eBay technology team which was building out new tools and functionality in parallel.

Data heavy and content focused. Close work with dev team on best dashboard and application platform to use.
Amazon Fuse integrates with global mobile carriers to allow them to offer Amazon products (eg. Prime Video, Prime) to their customers. The user flow below depicts a scaleable 'Partner X' customer-facing journey from client side text message to Prime Video app download. Heavy coordination between Amazon go-to-market and legal teams. Big component of this also included localization of all messaging. I managed this process using the internal Amazon tool for submitting translations.
